Steve Reese

Tom Donney and Steve Reese are seasoned transmissions techs with ties within the transmission industries as well as each other that stretch back over 25 years. They started their careers with a two year Auto degree from Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, Iowa where they were classmates. Then, they ended up working together at Automatic Service Center in Fort Dodge for a number of years. Tom started his own business in 1980, Fort Dodge Transmission, Inc. and Steve came on board in 1985, handling all waranty and tech calls for the company.

Also, the utilization of state of the art Dyno testing equipment ensures the proper functioning of your transmission order. Every transmission, front and rear wheel drive, undergoes a 15-20 minute simulated quality control road test before it leaves our shop.
